HOW DOES IT WORK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

You can book in a few clicks directly online from 90 minutes notice to up to 30 days in advance. Once we receive your booking, we take care of the rest.

DO I NEED TO GIVE THE TECHNICIAN ACCESS TO WATER OR ELECTRICITY?

No you don't. Our detailers come at your place fully-equipped with all the supplies they need to make your car spotless.

HOW WILL YOU ACCESS THE CAR? CAN YOU SERVICE THE VEHICLE IN ANY PLACE?

Once our detailer arrives at your location, they will contact you so you can instruct them to where the car parked. We can service your vehicle at any location, even underground parking structure with tight spots.

HOW DO I PAY FOR THE SERVICE?

WashUp is 100% cashless service,You will have to secure a booking online with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express debit/credit . You are only charged when the service is done, and if anything goes wrong or unsatisfied services, we come back for free.

Is the payment secure?

We use a third party credit card company called Stripe as a payment gateway. It’s important to know that your payment information NEVER reaches the Washup system. Stripe is PCI #1 compliant. In plain English, it means that they have reached the highest level of payment security possible, so you can book with confidence!
