COVID-19 Update:

A message from WashUp & GearUp 

 

Dear Customers:

At WashUp & GearUp Canada, the health and well-being of our customers, staff and partners is our top priority. While we are always committed to providing safe and secure mobile auto services., we are implementing measures to support the communities in which we live and work during this important time.

In addition to closely monitoring the ongoing COVID-19 situation and following the guidance and recommendations of Federal and Provincial public health officials, we are taking several additional precautions to help us all stay healthy and safe and ensure we continue to support our customers and the business.

This includes:

  • Distributed masks, sanitizers, gloves to all our WashUp & GearUp team members;

  • Made it mandatory for all staff and members of WashUp & GearUp to wear masks and gloves while detailing and maintaining our customer’s vehicles; 

  • Disinfect the equipment twice a day;

  • Daily monitoring the health condition of all the team members;

  • Advising our employees to follow the public health authorities' guidance regarding hygiene and travel;

  • Ensuring our employees have the information they need to stay healthy or stay at home if they feel unwell.

During this time of uncertainty, we also want to acknowledge the incredible efforts of all our detailers and mechanics, who work so hard to make amazing jobs done in homes. We thank you for your continued support, and we will continue to closely monitor the situation and operate responsibly, adjust quickly and as needed, all with the health and safety of our employees and customers top of mind.
